My self plastic man and his brother might be in for a trip to somerset we all have fished the dam alot over the last 7 years and know alot of the good places to fish we have caught majority of our trophy bass in this dam just have not been there for a few months been getting into the saltwater species on plastics lately, but nothing like coming home and not having to wash your boat after fishing in freshwater.

Ferg and I are planning a pre fish there on the 8th of May. (Day after long weekend).

Will roll up at Kirkleigh about 8ish, fish past lunch then head home. Will be mostly exploration, and lure tossing at snags at trolling speed with electrics.

Still keen on a AFO day there in a few months.

I hear you Stu - it makes life easy.

I am seriously thinking about taking a leaf out of Brians book.

A Bilge pump free on a rope to drop into the water, except the other end will be used for deck washing etc, not filling livie tank!
