I called in for a look at Colmslie today. The water was brown as and MSQ were offloading some of the larger debris, I assume, from the local waterways.

So take it easy tomorrow morning before the big light is on....

can people keep there ally cans ,steel, car battery,copper brass etc stuff like that separate from general rubbish .

we could recycle it and pay for the bbq or give the $ to a charity .

ally cans are about a 1 $ a kg atm.

dont want to put a damper on this idea but scrap steel is about $30 a tonne, thats a few shopping trolleys,

Nothing that cant be replaced, for a couple $K.. Well needed an excuse to go to bunnings next time in Bris.

New car could be written off no time to get anything out. Still not as bad as some, another 3" and would have been in our house.
