Hey guys,

Looking for any hints and tips on using lures as im new to this art form, and wondering if anyone can point me in the right direction as to where is ok to do some, as im land based and on the north side of Brisbane? cheers in advance..

northside try flicking plastics around the flats around redcliffe? Newport canals, scarborough canals (ive tried none of these btw just heard about them)

Try to 'match the hatch' with your lures (hb/sp/whatever) - ie; try to imitate the baitfish that would normally be in that area.. most people just cast out (near structure), let the lure sink to the bottom then a few flicks off the bottom, let it sink and repeat - imitating a dying baitfish / prawn whatever
