AFO now has put up a video converter into the downloads section of the AFO site.

This program easily converts your .avi files (standard video files) that your video recorder makes into .flv file format which is a flash video format used on the internet. Whilst it isn't necessary to convert your videos before uploading them on the AFO website (our video system automatically converts them to .flv for you), it is required if you're video is over 50mb in size. You can convert your video to .flv and at the same time reduce the file size to an allowable size to upload to AFO.

This program is licenced as freeware (so no need to ever pay anything) and is freely allowed to be distributed. AFO recommends this as a good program for converting your videos.

To reduce the filesize, go into the settings and choose a smaller dimensions. Use the size 480x368 and you can choose the different video and audio quality to try and reduce filesize.
