Hi everyone, i am heading up to the maroochydore river this saterday afternoon/evening, i was just wondering how the fishing is going down at the mouth, and the beach just round the corner (not sure what it is called), ie what fish have people been catching, what to expect. has anyone been catching any sharks, rays, down there. and what tides are best.

The Cod Hole is usually the best area there its under the main bridge, always boats anchored up there so you cant miss it.

heaps of spots landbased around there. I have a bream comp there on Saturday and google earth is very helpful for working out my strategy
