Fishing the Brisbane River Mouth

Hi guys, just wondering if anyone could give me some heads-up on fishing the Brisbane river.

Because of the crap weather lately am going to give the river a try this weekend.

I usually go out in the bay or offshore and have yet to give the river (mouth) a go.

Any hints, tips, marks or anything useful would be much appreciated.

Like most I like to target Snapper

Apart from that - Rock Wall, Wharves (from 30m away) and dropoffs in the area.

Wesfish is probably the most consistent AFO reporter for snapper catches, so have a gander at his reports when you see them.
