a group of us hit up the barra park today for my nephews 12th birthday..happy birthday for wednesday day jacob!

quite a few fish caught too...i might leave the detailed report for ferg and his missus..il just start it too much sun!

so a bit of a mixed bag day..was good.. also saw some monster mullet 60cm plus caught on whole pilchards, no word of a lie!, a good cod, small jew and a heap of big bream some up to 40cm!

nothing on lures all day..not a touch..

all barra were on live mullet or pellets//the other mixed stuff were on pillies

like james said the day was a mixed bag with a few first's and some species i havn't seen there before

never had a good crack at the mixed species, or seen it produce well, but next time i definitely think I'll give it a crack!
