I went down the boat ramp for a quick this arve,the ramp is still closed and they are doing a lot of earth moving down there.

So I'm keen to go down one night this week land based as there was plenty of life in the water

Damn is that the one at the end of Mandalay? Was going to head there in the morning for a quick flick... Is is still possible to get a line in from around the ramp? (that is if you are talking about Mandalay).

Might head to brekky creek instead , bugger didn't want to have to go far from home.
