Quick 45min session @ Wynnum Sat arvo.

Bored Sturday arvo and at 4:45pm thought I quickly shoot down to the Wynnum waterfront and flick a few plastics around before dark.

2nd cast.... flatty! 5th cast..... flatty! 10th cast...... flatty! Ended up landing 4 in 45 minute session and dropped 2 more. All fish were released!

Great fun and so close to home!

Will be taking the old man down there when he arrives in town for a quick session tomorrow afternoon after work! He has never fished with plastics and can't believe they work! I have a feeling after an hour or so tomorrow he'll be a believer!

Your right. Bugger all water and was why so easy to hook up. Less water to cover/fish. Was casting into the opposite bank and hopping/slow rolling down the face to where they were sitting in the deeper water hanging out for a lazy feed.
