queensland bull sharks everywhere.

went out yesterday for a few hours, moving around between brisbane river & mud island & besides 2 rays all i could get were bull sharks of all sizes, 9 all up here is some pics of a few

Cool sharks. The first two little ones aren't bullies. Wrong shape and way too small. Bullies can be up to 80cm long at birth.

got them on squid & Pilchard. i also got one about 1800 long but i wasn't bringing that one in the boat for a pic, :blush:

Yeah I got the feeling there were a few around. Saw 2 of em jump 2 ft out of the water this morning. Never seen that before so it was pretty cool!

This is first thing I thought when I saw the pics. Bullies can be approx 50-80cm when born and much thicker than those smaller ones you got. Without looking at specific id features I'm not sure what species they are though. Pretty cool nevertheless!

tyring to contain myself from all the news of sharks lately. espically from some of my pro crabing mates with on average 7-9ft sharks sharks sightings with the odd bigger boy/girl thrown in. but cant evan chase them due to still not having my boat back
