My mate has been fishing our usual bream spot each night this week and has claimed that he has caught a couple over 40's each night. So I'm heading down tonight after work. Leaving between 7-8pm.

Everyone is probably heading to sommerset tomorrow but if theres anyone keen to try take out this months fish of the month let me know.

has your mate been getting them on bait or lures/softplastics

been getting them on a mix of bait and plastics. Half pillies and chicken gut. Sorry dont know what plastics he was using.

Honestly Im a newbie to plastics so after reading about these pumkinseed plastics I went and bought 3\" pumpkinseed grubs? with 1/16th jigheads. Ill give them a go tonight? Not even certain if they are meant for bream but after the wrap they've got on here I had to give em a shot!!
