Point Halloran - 19th May

Last night was my first trip for autumn/winter to Point Halloran to chase some landbased bream.

Things were very slow but I managed to scratch up a feed of bream. Most fish were around 27 - 28 cm with one decent fish of 34 cm. The fish were in excellent condition.

Yabbies were the bait that I got the fish on.

I used to get a lot of whiting and flathead out there on the flats at the bottom of the tied.

I must head down there again sometime.

Nice fish too.
