queensland Pacific Fair Breaming 3/08/12

Gday all, thought I'd throw up a report from yesterday, haven't done one in awhile.

Havent been fishing a lot with uni and work but had the day off yesterday so I hit the Goldcoast in the outback. Wanted to try some new areas, so made it tough to start with, peddling against the tide for about 10km hitting the main river and canals opposite to it. Managed a bag of average fish between 25-28fork. Found a lot of the fish under the big pontoons in the main river, sighcasting to them with 2inch shrimps, Bream Prawns and Armershads, was good fun. Took over an hour peddling flat out to get home and I can tell ya I won't be doing that again. :blush:
