Daiwa tackle night at FishHead

Hi all,

Just thought id start a post regarding all the new gear out from daiwa after the AFTA trade show. Duncan and the crew from fish head did a great job of putting this on!

I really liked the look of new harrier rods, might have to add one to the collection. Also the new Air Guide System looked pretty flash!

Any thoughts on any of the latest rods / reels guys?

No, sorry Angus... i didn't take my camera but it was a very informative evening and a fantastic new lineup of reels and rods.

And with the discount we recieved last night made them very reasonably priced.

I have always been a shimano man but last night i crossed over and ordered my first Daiwa rod and i am sure i wont look back.

Yep, daiwa look like they have stepped it up this year...talking to the fish head boys there hasnt been much new stuff released from shimano, besides adding rods to their existing lines
