Castrol make a 'Boating Grease'. Generally you are looking for a high temperature combined with high water resistant properties.

I use a general boating grease for bearings, rollers, etc and I have a good quality grease [cartridge](INOX)for the outboard. Both repel water to a degree, however the INOX has additional additives which are more expensive in the manufacturing process.

Stay away from Ag style grease that does not repel water, although they have high temperature properties, their effectiveness will decrease dramatically when exposed to water.
