TWO people are feared dead and another seven, including two children, were injured when two boats collided off Brisbane's northside this afternoon.

Be safe on the water guys ... keep an eye out for the once a year boatman on days like today

Yep i heard it on 7 news was just about to post. I think ash was gonna be at the river mouth tonite..... Hope all is well and feel for the families. I think their was a 15 and a 13 yr old injured.

We were coming from the Brisie river to the Pinkenba ramp and there were ambo's and cops and camera crews everywhere. When we landed, a camera man and a journalist came down and started filming us. The the journo said \"were you involved\".

We said \"with what?\" as we had no idea what had happened. We came in just as the fireworks started, maybe a bit before.

She then said \"with the crash\". We said \"No\" Then she said \"What were you doing out there then?\"

We said fishing and she and the camera man walked away. Obviously wanted a big story.

The were probably 10 cop cars, 8 ambulances, forensics, funeral cars, a bit RBT van. Pretty much every thing you can imagine to do with cops.
