Teleflex Steering Recall

If anyone has replaced or upgraded their Teleflex steering last year,there has been a recall on some cables.

"The product must be inspected or removed only when the engine is off" had me thinking this is going to be expensive, but why would you need to remove the motor, must be a strange steering setup - then I twigged it was a statement for the lowest common denominators, the engine must be switched off...... Doh!
