queensland Anzac Day Snap

What a fantastic day for weather we had today, every man , woman and the dog was out in the bay. We fished Peel Island with poor results (grinners and pike) so we moved down to Potts Point and got onto some nice little snaps for the table. Best went 47cm on a pink 5 inch Zeemans jerkshad. Watched the jet (Hornet???) fly over for Anzac day, makes you feel proud to be Australian.

Potts Point can be a lot more productive than Peel for me. Well done on catching some fish for the table yesterday as I would have thought all the boat traffic would have totally shut them down.

Nice fish, I'm glad someone got some. I would've hated to have been a fish yesterday, boats everywhere. But you're right, absolutely perfect weather for it. The reefs off Redcliffe had some fish, but no keepers for us.

The weather was soo nice! shame the fishing was slow!
