queensland Fishing brizzy river

Hi all, just wondering if anyone has done any good in the Brisbane river lately ? I havnt been doing that well since about 2 days before the full moon and does anybody know what that green fluro stuff is on the water at night ?

just got back from an early river session, around the water police area there was huge amounts of phosphorous/plankton/glowy green in the water which looked very cool, but no fish action.

anchored in 15m over near the sewerage outlet and a 75cm jew was boated on live herring. that was about it for action. towards the end of the reclaimed land/rockwall was thick with bait and baby tailor on sunup

Been Pretty dead for a while now, hopefully when the water temp gets back up the threadies and jewies will start to fire again. Bream were thick night before last in the city reaches under light you can find

The river is full of phosphorenceat present and has been for awhile, we need a good rain to wash it out. Best bet if your keen to fish is near the mouth and on the run in tide which will bring a small amout of clean water in.
