Moment of truth tomorrow Rick and myself heading down to the eastern arm of hinze tomorrow even though they are calling 17ks of westerly at 7am.
The pots are on the lee side so we should have a bit of shelter there. Our big concern is will we be able to find them as the dam has risen from 93% to 97%. Our pots are tied to trees around 4 to 5 feet above the previous level so fingers crossed .

Thursday will be heading to NPD mainly to collect shrimp for the tagging weekend. NPD has only risen a few % and the floats have a fair bit of slack so just as long as the sharefarmers have not been active we should be ok otherwise it will be a quick trip to Aratula and forking out to buy a few hundred shrimp.

Ferg and I are going out to NPD today to see if our pots are ok today and collect bait for the weekend. Will be moving our pots down the bottom so we can collect shrimp saturday arvo for the sunday session.
