Straddy Bread And Butter 25th June

Hit the rocks today looking for dart bream and tailor. Got a few of everything except the tailor.

We did get two big mullet on chrome (one for me and one for sister)... Not foul hooked though in the mouth. This has happened a few times to me now and I was wondering if this has hapened to others? Or is it just extremely flukey foul hooking?

P.s. my mullet was 62cm which on an areal was insane fun. Looooong powerful runs.

Wow, huge mullet!!!  Bet the jewies and kingies are getting stuck into them!!!  Looks a very large bream your dad got.

Some great fish there Angus!  Was good to see you and your dad out there today.  We were just watching the sunset and I noticed a few Nordic stage shirts so thought it might be you. I'll probably head out tomorrow morning so might see you out there!

was thinking the same, would have been tempting if you had some bigger gear to throw it out with a nice circle hook in him...

that bream has a few battle scars too
