Merc 5hp Fourstroke

Does any body know much about 5hp merc four stokes there is one for sale up my way for $600 its got about 20hours on it and cosmetically it looks good.

I'd snap that up, small horsepower four strokes are hard to come by second hand as it is, let alone at that price. I paid $400 for my 3hp two stroke(Yamaha) in similar condition if it's anything to go by. Plus small HP outboards always seem to have a market and hold their value well.
