It looks dodgy to me. I'd be contacting the Vic Consumer Affairs before you go any further - https://www.consumer.vic.gov.au/

For that price it would be worth a drive to pay and collect in person. Trouble is - there's no address details on their site. That, despite saying they have sites all around Australia for returns. It doesn't add up.

Its definately a SCAM.

note they offer 5% off for direct bank transfer payment thats a dead giveaway.
