I just got the latest amart catalogue, they have 25% of all Berkley SP's.

I think I might get the Penn 220 GTO Boat combo..

a while ago i got over $150 off the original price of the Tyrnos 30 from amart which is an outstanding reel. Amart is a great place to shop

Amart is probs the best place for tackle and other fishing stuff(my opinion). On the same day as my brother (mack_attack)got his Trynos 30, i got a brand new baitcaster. Nothing too special, but great first baitcaster combo. Was marked down from $114.99 to $30. Works a treat for casting light lures.

Even if its not fantastic you cant argue with $30!

What have you managed to land with it? I only ask as im wondering is the drag sound etc?

The drag is the smothest i have. No \"sticky Drag\" at all. just runs straight off the spool. so far I've caught about 50 pike (all in one day, schooling under the boat),countless 20cm or so snapper, quite a few winter whiting, and got busted off by something huge. we think it was a snapper, just headed straight for the bottom. no chance as it is only a 3kg combo. Oh yeah, and the Rod has cork handle, fugi guids. I'd pay $114.99 any day. But still, I'm happy too only pay $30:lol:

Yeah it was a pretty big sale, and also, the reel had a few scratchs on it, only small though. But I'd still happily pay $114.99 for it.

Dom if you wana get cheap stuff, like a new combo or something, i'd definitely give Amart a go.
