NSW Regs - almost caught!

As I am doing the Gundy carp cull this weekend, I though tI would check the NSW regs, just to be sure. Even though we are "supposed" to have uniform national laws now. Guess what of course we dont!

Main differences I noted.

1. Dont need paddle or oars in NSW if you have an electric fitted as well (2 means of propulsion)

2. You need a fire extinguisher for any size boat using above deck fuel storage (yeah your fuel can). Just as well I checked. Have to scrabble out and rip the extinguisher out of the race car and chuck it in the boat!

its also another means of propulsion..if your wanting to get to the bottom fast that is so just leave ur boat how it is
