Colmslie Sharking?

hi, i am heading down to colmslie tomorrow to hopefully get my mate onto his first shark. i am interested in what bait, what depth to fish and the average sized sharks? also will burleying increase my chance, and if so what to use as burley. all help appreciated.

i've only ever caught 2 sharks at colmslie, 1 was 50cm and the other was 1.5m using live herring. from my experience it's not the best place to go sharking especially now since they're hard to catch in winter.

Livies would def be your best best for the smaller fish, or a big fresh mullet for something larger. For burley, try hanging a single bottle of Tuna Oil from your boat, with a few holes punched in it.
