queensland Brisbane River 4/8/08

Launched at breakfast creek with a mate in search of squire/snapper. Went to a few

known spots but had no success. We then sounded out a bait school and dropped decided

to drop down some plastics. In a matter of seconds, up came this baby school jew.

Kept dropping lures down and ended up with 7 jew and 1 squire. We kept two jew for dinner.

well done. i got 1 jew around 60cm last yr on live prawn, it went really hard on 2lb bream gear.
