queensland Brissie River Sat 25-10-08

Went for a fish out the mouth on Sat, went out to the wall and started trolling but there was to much ribbon weed. Ancored up and threw a few Prawns around for a lot of small Squire and one hell bust off then turned around to see a storm coming, went as quick as I could to back to ramp at Colmslie only for it to go around so I headed over to the yellow X and got nothing. Then went to the old unused wharf near the ramp and caught a few Bream, 3 cod about 40cm a big slimey Cattie and a Pike Eeel. Kept me entertained and I will be back for more. Are you talkking about using a cast net Dan?

Get the odd prawn in the cast net Dan not many but they should be on the go soon.

Mal, I was talking to Jeff Saturday and he was near the mouth when he got the prawns.....Poo shoot area

wow.. i was told no moon was best for prawns! explains why i never get any lol!
