Marlin in M Bay?

After spending a few days at Tweed over new years and getting onto a few little blacks, just wondering if any marlin come into the bay or do they stay on the ocean side? Thought bait might hang around the bay and therefore they chase them in?

I wouldnt be surprised by anything turning up in the bay. After robbibg the oyster rocks near Mclay Island one evening just before dark at low tide in 2000, we nearly hit a whale. So marlin? Yeah probably if the food is there

about 2 a year get caught at curtain by ppl trolling metal heads for mackeral
