Bream Rods

I currently use a 7' carbon graphite bream rod and looking at maybe getting another similar sort of setup.

Obviously there's a good range of rods and particularly rod lengths out there, so what are the pro's and cons you have found using bream rods from 6' upto 7' long ?

Also, does anyone have any experience with the Daiwa Tierra rod range ? Or any suggestions for quality rods (preff cork grips) in this price range would be appreciated.
