no dramas with this. couldn't find the dam tow rope anyway. peddled around all day for little result - best flattie was a massive 38cm. got bored with trying to catch a flathead that obviously wasn't there so i decided to give it a go for some whiting later in the day on the rising tide up this skinny creek that i had to paddle into as it was pretty shallow across the mouth. there was a huge yabby bank up there and as the tide came over it i threw bubble pop 45's over the top of it in about 6-8" of water. pulled 5 whiting and a bubby flathead, best whiting went 39cm - 1cm more than my best flattie for the day first whiting on poppers! :woohoo: and a dam tasty dinner to boot.
