Any comment on Pelican Bass Raider mini-boat???

Looks quite a bit dearer than a similar sized tinnie, you would carry both on roof racks, so dont really see the advantage of it. You would go close to a 12 foot tinny hull for that sort of money.

Leave it where it is, looks top heavy,little room and you could find a good SH tinny and trailer for that money.

If you are over the southside sometime drop into Coorparoo Marine and see Theo or Mick they have the skinny tinny in stock even if you dont buy one they are full of good unbiased advice.

my friend has one with a 5 hp and a trolling motor on it. it isnt very stable in high winds and we only use it on the lakes. i wouldnt use it anyplace that has significant current. it feels a bit tippy. hope it helps.

this is a decent looking one but as for cost it is a but pricey. looks like it would ba alot more stable than the one you were looking at though.
