hey everyone i have never fished the brissy river and am looking at chasing some threadies and was hoping to get a few spots to head to.any info would be great

never got a threadie in the river mate but id try at the pipe line at the mouth of boggy ck..good luck bud

heaps of places mate; there pretty much everywhere. if your land based try the creek mouths with live prawns on a run out tide (norman, oxley). also bretts wharf stretch gets em. just make sure u have a snapper lead to rig up paternoster for your liveys.

if you have a boat try the pipeline with jackall transams and mask vibes 60 & 70. plenty of other vibration lures do the trick as well.

its mainly about finding the drop offs from shallow to deep and fishing on a run out tide when the baits getting swept down the drop offs. all structure will hold them pretty much from the gateway to the mouth.

thanks for the tips everyone ,heading out on friday in a boat so just trying to plan ahead for a good session.
