queensland Walking around the Broadwater Part II..

Hi All,

Headed down the Goldy tonight despite all the rain... Tried the canals first in the evening to no avail.. Alot of fresh and the water was dirty.. As with any fishing though you haveto be flexible so headed for the more open water in the Broadwater to get away from the fresh and managed to find afew fish.. Acouple of Big Eyes, 40 and 44cm taken on the surface.. Then the little lady never to be shown up struck with a 44cm Jack.. Certainly rewarded for our efforts..

All fish released as usual...

Wow another good result. Just shows the harder you work the better the results, well done to the lovely couple on the Broadwater.

Sorry mate -- on a plastic.. Gladiator Prawn. Pretty dirty too cause she beat me to getting one on a lure. Also on 4lb braid and 8lb leader and in a place I certainly wouldnt have thought Jacks would be... What a freak!
