NPD landbased+Hinze Dam

Hey guys, I was wondering if anyone has been catching anything decent from NPD land based lately? You lucky lads with permits for boats seem to be cleaning up (Dino!), but I don't s'pose you're chasing the fish anywhere near the accessible banks??

Also, I haven't noticed any reports from Hinze Dam lately, is it open to fishing/watercraft now, and has anyone been getting much there lately?

A few weeks ago there were reports of some good catches from the banks near Bullocky's, but I have not caught up with any of the blokes over christmas, so dont know if they are still around. Should be.

Steve have had a few reports of fish of the banks recently at NPD silvers, yellas the odd bass on bait at bullocky's where it has been mowed. The other areas you can access are a submerged jungle spinnerbaits or jig hooked plastics get snagged up less and it can be hard to land fish when you hook a big one. Watch out for snakes on days when they are active.

Biggest problem landbased at NPD at the moment is that apart from the picnic areas it is hard to fish the banks as the water is right up to the trees and its hard to get a cast in.With a bit of luck might be trying heinz fri morning.
