Ive done it already, I spoke with the other Ranger - Paul Dolan, he owns & operates Fraser Coast Sport Fishing Charters. Paul is also an active member of the Fraser Coast Fish Stocking Association. He is the guy mainly responsiblr for getting Barramundi stocked at Lake Lenthall.

i read it and how i read it is that the use of bait dead or alive in qld dams is prohibited if the bait used is out of its natural range ie you can use redclaw up at some of dams in gulf of carpentaria but to use it here is a no no as its classed as a tasty pest down here

as with spangled perch as they breed in fresh they want to keep the population of them down

shrimp can be used statewide

an easy alternative is to fish with artificials although if i did i wouldnt catch anything
