Glacier Bay Alaska.

Plenty of ice floes,snow,small icebergs and glaciers.

Glacier calving shots.

Bit hard to judge the perspective but the face of the glacier is 200 ft high.

Some of the glaciers were almost black because of all the rock they were carrying.

Bit hard to concentrate on your meal when you have views such as this outside the dining room windows.

We spend almost 12 hours cruising the bay in perfect conditions.

thanks Ray for sharing. Incredible photos and country. some of the glaciers did not look like ice they where so black. Did not know they would get that way. Agree with Billp I was waiting for the fishing photo at the end

and where are the salmon?

Not salmon season. I went to a salmon hatchery and they didnt even have any fingerlings there.
