Gday guys been a while between reports so heres a quick one from the pine.

A mate and i went landbased today for a change to see wat we could pick up, little did we know wat was gonna transpire. Started off on the river side of youngs crossing just flickin plastics all along the bank, picked up a couple of 40ish fish and dropped wat we both figured to be about a 65ish flatty, oh well that happens.

Went in behand Strathpine park next and walked up and under the twin bridges and landed 2 nice 50 plus fish from there, walked back along the river untill we found a nice place where the river split and started flicking there and next thing me mates reel is screaming zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz he was onto a croc!!! :ohmy: Photo to follow, any way we ended up getting 10 fish from that one spot, took 4 nice 50 plus eaters home for dinner. Best days landbased I have had ever.

Nice work Dean nothing like flicking for flatties, I zip down to shorncliff now and again for a flick.
