Does anyone know of a easier way of loading a kayak ontop of a car.

clamp or zip tie(heavy duty ones) a tent/tarp pole to one of your roof racks,have a pre drilled hole near the end of the slide out part.

Slide out the pole,put another pole in the hole adjust the height of this pole for ground support.

Put nose or rear of kayak on the horizontal pole,lift other end onto the other roof rack,then slide other end onto that roof rack.

Simple,cheap and easy.
