sommerset today 26/3/11

gday all. just a quick one.

headed out to sommerset today to get a feed of red claw and have a little fish.

unfortunatly we didn't get many red claw but the bass made up for it.

myself and the father law landed about 15 between us, on the troll.

most were in the 40cm-45cm range.but a few more bigger ones were dropped close to the boat:(

we were trolling in the middle of the dam. i think what was showing up on the sounder was bait fish. every time there was patchy stuff on the sounder, that's when we were hooking up.
