queensland Fishing trip Sunday 11/9/11

The wife and I made our way down to the Gold Coast again last Sunday.

Caught heaps of just legal flathead as well as a lot of small ones that were released.

Just as things were going a little slow, Eileen gives the "Fish On' call.

And what a fish it was, a 82.5cm, that was released back into the system after a few photos.

A little later, and using 3'shrimps, caught 2 school jew which were great fun on 4 pound braid, and 8 pound leader.
