palm beach reef this morn

headded out through the bar at 3.30 ,bar crossing was ok .

got out and set the lines out ,pillies 4 bait...

i got the other rod out to throw some slugs around,,second cast and hooked upzzzzzzzzzzzzz

had a good tussle for a few mins and got it boat side WOW a big yellowfin tuna ahh wheres the gaff???????

nowwhere to be seen damn it got the net and AHHH SH*$ gone, she got off at the boat,,,,..

a few more casts and BOOF zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz ahh this is better a good mackeral after a few minutes fighting it it realy took off and TWANG busted off ahh well should get some more....

well boats here and there were hooking up but many were lost ....

did see a good size cobia landed ..

alll in all was an ok morn but not a hot bite as past times,the fish were big,my guess spanish mackeral as there were alot lost ahh well ill be out again tomorrow morn with heavyer gear

it has been slow but there is fish around more on slugs than bait..
