sold Wanted - Outboard Stand for 40hp

I have a 40hp outboard I am about to sell, but it hasn't run for over a year so I need to get it up and running first. The problem is I sold the boat is used to hang off, and dont have anywhere stable I can mount it. Does anybody have an outboard stand they are willing to sell?
