symetre reels changing winder

ive got the symetre reel 2500,its winder is on the right side.can i just screw the nut out on the left side and change the winder to the left.im right handed but now im trying sps more thought i might try controlling the rod with my right instead of left.cheers john

Yup, just unscrew the cap on the left side and put the handle onto there. I do it with all my reels to.

I think all spin reels are interchangeable.

Some of the JDM reels (and possible others) are not easily interchangeable, but can be done if you are not aftaid of opening it up

No need to confuse the guy with import JDM stuff its just a sienna so just a simple task of unwinding the cap and swapping sides, very easy to do mate good luck with the soft plastics, If you search through the forum there are plenty of hints and tips on leader,line,hooks and plastics and various retrieval techniques
