Have been looking into purchasing a second generation HDS unit from the States but can't find any accurate information regarding geo-fencing.

Does anyone have first hand experience with a recently imported combo unit?

In the search forum there has been a few posts recently.

I am in the middle of world war 3 with lowrance in the US for a hds 5 not working since july. The back up is shocking, grab mine it may be going in a skip shortly.
