queensland First couple of fish for 2013!

Well the very first morning of 2013, I fished a rather popular weir ideally for a Jack. Although I didn't mind catching this nice little GT after and couple of hours for... nothing. On a powerbait again!

Today, the 3rd on Jan I took a mate out to fish the canals again. The wind was terrible although wasn't to disappoint us on my second cast I landed my PB surface whiting! 37cm on the greatest lure ever, the bent minnow.

Also got 5 bream all on Bent minnows and Sugarpens! Go the bent minnow!!!

Also nailed a few bream a few days before new years on bent minnows, My favourite lure!

Nice one Harry , woke up at 3amthis mourning cos of that wind decided to mow the lawn instead of fishing because of it. Looks like I should have braved the wind! Headed out yesterday for a donut man it was hot !!!
