Definately try the pine! Deep water bend is not the safest ramp, in saying that I have only lost a jerry can from the back of my ute in the years I have been going there. There is also Dohles rocks ramp just up the road. Not protected from the wind but always quieter

Thanks for that Woody, Wasnt real keen on Deep water bend. Been down there fishing off the bank at night and even during the day and seen the morons that frequent the car park. At least with Dohles rocks there is a bit of residential nearby.

I heard a rumor that Barungwarra reserve may be a good place to try for Bullies? Do you know if this is correct?

Sorry about all thew questions.

Cheers

This is true Deep Water Bend used to be notorious for boat trailers going missing and is full of hoons before 4am I put in a Dohlies as I believe if there's any trouble I'm sure the locals would call the police and is well lit. Try live herring I've been bitten off near Castle Hill by a bullie before they're certainly in there
