......to the weekend Last night the decision was made to take an RDO and fish the sunrise and sunset but a phone call from the supervisor had me on site at 6 this morning and I thought my plans where flushed away, but sometimes you've just gotta take the good with the bad So smoko we pulled the pin and launched at South Trees Inlet to fish a spot I found on G'maps and it was impressive. A large rocky section with a funnel section and a water outlet from the aluminum refinery and as the tide rises its an all in frenzy with bait everywhere. I will have to time it next time for a sun rise rising tide and hit it with some surface lures. So anyway in the baking hot couple of hours we were there I managed a small Cod and Flatty as well as my PB Grunter Bream at 45cm.

That's it no Bass sorry :silly:

Nice catch, congrats on the PB. Grunter are the underrated fish, I reckon they are awesome and they go pretty hard. So glad it's not a bass, but it might effect the amount of views and comments

They definitely go hard this one fought as hard as a Jack of its size.
