Hey guys,

Thought I'd quickly share my PB snapper I caught off the 24s off the Gold Coast.

I usually just fish the rivers land based and got a call from the girl friend's brother inviting me out to go snapper fishing. Couldn't say no to that!!!

Any ways, caught this snapper weighing in at 5kg on the first drop!!! Was caught on a butterflied yakka in about 45m of water!!! Awesome fight and a new PB for me!!! Check out the bump!!!

Measured up just under 90cm...

At first I thought I was hooked onto a small cobia coz she just wouldn't give in and kept pulling line for the first quarter of the fight!!!
