good night stubble bashin with the old man

so after a long week at work i was itching to get out on my usual fridaynight run. i convinced the old man that i might need a hand with the spotlight so he jumped in the ute and we headed off. we did the usual run along the fences exept this time we made a slight detour around a patch of about 50acrer brigalow scrub. within 100m i spotted what looked like a good mob of pigs. out came the rifle and first shots where fired within seconds. the first two shots connected to two decent sized pigs. the rest of the mob dispersed thought the scrub/high stubble. after ziz zaging through the stubble i came though with another nice sow and 3 little piggies  one of my more productive nights out and one i really needed, with a botaction i thought i did alrite

I usually use a .44magnum lever action setup with a Bushnell red-dot

but in this case i threw the parkerhale 22-250 in the ute, very very happy with how it performed actually. will be using it more often that's for sure
